*Clean your Xylitol Xlear Natural Sinus Rinse Kit's bottle thoroughly with soap and water or on the top shelf of the dishwasher.
*Mix one half to 1 packet of the Xlear Sinus Care Solution powder into 8 to 10 ounces of purified or sterilized, warm water and ensure it's fully dissolved.
*Fill the Xlear Sinus Rinse bottle with the prepared nasal wash and twist the nozzle tightly to form a seal.
*Tilt your head forward and to the side, insert the tip of the bottle into the upper nostril, and squeeze gently.
*Gradually increase pressure to flush the nasal passageway and allow the solution to drain from both nostrils.
*Repeat the process on the other nostril when the bottle is half empty.
*Blow your nose gently through both nostrils to clean them.
