Direction for use:
1. Direct application:
*Apply the Vicks Vaporub 3- 4 times daily on the chest, neck, and back.
2. Inhalation application:
*For adults and children 12 years older and above: Add 2- 3 teaspoons of the Vicks Vaporub.
*For children 6 years of age or under: Add 1- 2 teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub.
- On half a liter of hot water that shouldn't be covered, and inhaled for 15 minutes.
*Do not reheat after use.

* Keep out of direct sunlight.
* Do not use Vicks Inhaler if you have hypersensitivity to its ingredients or suffer from asthma.
* Children must be supervised while they are inhaling.
