*Thoroughly wash and dry face.
*Open the pouch and remove the strip from the transparent plastic.
*Thoroughly wet your nose. (The strip will not stick on a dry nose).
*Dry hands and apply the strip to the nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
*Let it dry for about 10 –15 minutes until stiff to the touch.
*Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges, pulling towards the center.
*Rinse off any residue.
