Fenamic 250 mg 48 Caps

Take capsules with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually 4 times daily.

Mefenamic acid

* Warnings and precautions:
- This medication causes high blood pressure. Check your blood pressure regularly.
- Do not use it directly before or after heart bypass surgery.
- It is used with caution by the elderly due to the increased risk of bleeding or heart attack.
- Before using this treatment, tell your doctor if you suffer from the following conditions:
* Asthma.
* Bleeding/clotting problems.
* Blood disorders (such as anemia).
* Heart disease (such as a previous heart attack).
* High blood fat levels (cholesterol/triglycerides).
* Hypertension.
* Liver diseases.
* Stomach problems such as ulcers.

* Other medication and Mefenamic acid:
- It is not used with:
* Aliskiren.
* Angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitors (such as benazepril, lisinopril).
* Angiotensin II receptor blockers (such as losartan, valsartan).
* Corticosteroids (such as dexamethasone, prednisone).
* Methotrexate.
* Diuretics such as furosemide.


* The side effects:
- Stomach upset or nausea.
- Dizziness or drowsiness.
- Blurred vision.
